Bridgette is an amazing make-up artist that I had the pleasure of meeting while working a mock wedding a few years back benefiting childhood cancer. She had graciously donated her services, so you know she has a good heart. She really is the sweetest person. It was such an honor that she called me up to shoot her maternity photos, since I know she has many connections around the photography world.

Her and her hubby, Nick, rented a hotel along Deerfield Beach. We planned on doing a few of the more intimate pictures in the hotel room and then the more traditional ones on the beach. But, the weather that day was horrible; gloomy, rainy, and super windy. We almost had to do the whole shoot in the hotel room, which would have been a huge bummer. But, luckily, the rain and wind calmed down for a few minutes and we ran downstairs. We quickly (..and I mean quickly, like in 15 minutes total) snapped a bunch of photos and even snuck in some quick outfit changes right there on the beach!
